Southeast Railfanning Train Chases



Do you like the thrills of chasing a fast-moving train? We have always considered the act of chasing a train and capturing it multiple times the most enjoyable aspect of railfanning. Because of the intensity and challenges one encounters when chasing a train, this brings out the true sport in the hobby. We have been blessed over the past several years with many oppurtunities to pursue trains with very nice locomotive consists. Southeast Railfanning Train Chases is a small collection of some of our favorite trains we have been able to chase over the years. Witness all types of locomotive consists, everything from unpatched Rio Grande SD50s to Wisconsin Central SD45s leading trains. Other highlights include chases of CSXT vehicle train Q213 with now-retired WC FP45 #6652 in the lead and CSXT loaded coal train N114 with a pair of Conrail SD80MACs, and much more. For each train shown on the DVD, all captures resulting from the chase are included. So come along and ride shotgun as we engage ourselves in high-speed train chases across the Southeast! CSXT southbound manifest train Q615 blasts through Louise, Georgia on Monday, April 28, 2003 with BNSF SD60M #9252, BNSF SD70MAC #9461, and CNW CW44AC #8830 for power. This train is included on the DVD. NS southbound manifest train 175 has an UNBELIEVABLE locomotive consist today as it rounds the curve at Green, Georgia on Friday, January 24, 2003 This train is included on the DVD.
